Will it ring if my phone is on silent?
Yes. Upright uses iPhone’s own alarms, so it rings through Silent mode and Focus, like the Clock app.
What if I can’t do push-ups?
Pick another mission: scan a code, match a photo, read aloud or do maths. Each one turns the alarm off the same way.
Do the camera or microphone send anything anywhere?
No. Rep counting, photo matching and listening all happen on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.
What does my buddy get?
One text, only on mornings you miss. They don’t need the app, and they can reply STOP any time. Buddy texts are part of Pro.
Can I turn it off the night before?
Yes, until 60 minutes before it rings. After that it’s locked, and the mission is the only way out.
What do I need?
